Click & Collect and delivery
We offer Next Day Click & Collect and local delivery where available. Orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, may be eligible for next day collection or delivery. Availability depends on stock, pharmacy checks, opening hours and delivery area. Terms and conditions apply.
Prescriptions and pharmacy items
Prescription medicines and certain healthcare products may require pharmacist review, a valid prescription, identity checks or additional information before supply. We may contact you to confirm details before processing an order.
Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned once supplied unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied in error. This may include prescription medicines, opened products, hygiene items or healthcare products requiring special handling.
Refunds
Approved refunds are handled individually and usually returned using the original payment method. Please contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
