Eligible Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

• A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

• Prescription medications

• Opened cosmetics or skincare

• Personal care items (e.g. toothbrushes, thermometers)

How to Return an Item

2. Return the item in person or post it to:

3. Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return (to the original payment method).
